Return & Cancellation Policy

At Ethnic Zuri, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products. All orders are dispatched only after thorough quality checking to ensure you receive the correct product in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Due to Wrong Product Delivered

We only accept returns in cases where an incorrect product is delivered.

If you receive a wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange the return and ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.


2. Exchange Requests by Customer

If the exchange is approved:


  • The customer must bear the full shipping cost for both return and re-delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for making the return arrangements through a courier of their choice.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original tags and packaging

  • Custom-made or discounted items (if applicable)

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only for approved cases of wrong product delivery.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
