Every product is dispatched only after thorough quality checking to ensure the correct product and best quality standards.

Dispatch timelines may vary for each product and will be mentioned in the individual product description on our website.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are calculated based on the dispatch days mentioned in the product description, along with courier transit time.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

 3–5 business days within India, depending on the destination and courier partner.


3. Payment Mode

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be placed through 100% online payment only using the payment options available on our website.

If you face any issues with payment, please immediately contact our customer care number for assistance.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before placing the order.


5. Courier Partners & Tracking

We ship orders through trusted third-party courier partners.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Instagram / WhatsApp.

6. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers must ensure that complete and accurate shipping information is provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


7. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Government regulations

  • Natural disasters
    are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or return.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

  • Please record a clear unboxing video immediately, and

  • Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof for verification.
